I offer four delivery options:

 - In person collection from Beware in West London, UK*

 - Royal Mail UK Tracked 48H delivery

 - Royal Mail EUROPEAN Tracked & Signed delivery (3-5 business days)

 - Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL/GLOBAL Tracked & Signed  delivery (6-7 business days)

*If collecting in person from Beware, we will be in touch via email with details of when and where to collect your order, arranging a time to suit you. This can be done before purchasing, if preferred. Simply send an email to info@bewarebrand.co.uk

All Royal Mail orders are fully tracked and insured to guarantee you receive your item swiftly. We aim to post all orders 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. Please remember, however, all items are made to order and so this time may lengthen during busy periods.

Beware is so lucky to have such a huge network of wonderful friends, both in the photos and behind the camera.  Huge thanks to the models - Dovile, Lisa, Gus, Ross and Michael...and not forgetting the fantastic photographer -  Aubrey @aubreymarkcharles - go and follow him on instagram.  He takes gorgeous photos, in and around West London.

Our returns policy lasts for 28 days, from date of receiving your order. If 28 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

 - Gift cards

 - Totebags

 - Items that have obvious signs of wear

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please only send back items that you have purchased directly from the Bewarebrand.co.uk webshop, or from one of our self-run market stalls. If you purchased through a 3rd party retailer/boutique, please return your item to them.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds/no refunds are granted*: 

 - Any item not in its original condition, showing signs of obvious wear; damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 - Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

*At the discretion of the company.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days. Refunds will only be made to the original card/payment method used, corresponding with the order number. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your payment card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by them.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is transferred.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We discourage exchanges, as it increases waste, However we understand that occasionally an item bought online will not fit. Therefore, we permit one exchange per sized item, but only for a different size of the same colour and style.  We can only exchange an item, if returned to Beware within 28 days of delivery and in its original, unworn condition, with labels still attached. Only one exchange is permitted per item ordered and only if the same colour/style is still in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, but is still in saleable condition, you will be notified and given the option of a refund. Please see the FAQ page for details and measurements  of our sizing. As all items are made to order, it may take some time to process your exchange.

If you need to exchange or refund your purchase, within the guidelines listed here; send an email to info@bewarebrand.co.uk stating ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ in the subject box with your order number.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item back to us, with a value of over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
